(* 1947, Ljubljana) je upokojena univerzitetno diplomirana pravnica in vodja na organizacijsko-kadrovskem področju. Živi v Ljubljani, Slovenija. Haiku piše več kot triindvajset let. Bila je predsednica Haiku društva Slovenije in glavna urednica društvenega časopisa Letni časi / Seasons. Mnogo let je bila članica treh slovenskih komisij za izbor te zvrsti poezije na vsakoletnih natečajih. Je članica World Haiku Association (WHA), Japonska. Od leta 2005 so njeni haikuji vsako leto objavljeni v WHA zbornikih. Je prejemnica nagrad in pohval na haiku natečajih v Sloveniji, na Hrvaškem in Japonskem. Njena dela so objavljena v različnih mednarodnih zbornikih in slovenskih literarnih revijah. V sodelovanju s slovaškim fotografom, založnikom ter kulturnim in ekološkim aktivistom Stanom Jendekom je v 2018 izšla tudi trojezična bibliofilska foto-haiku knjiga.

Alenka Zorman (1947 –) is a retired jurist and human resources manager. She lives in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has been writing haiku for more than twenty-three years, and was the president of the Haiku Club of Slovenia and the chief editor of its journal Letni časi / Seasons. For many years she was a member of three Slovenian haiku juries for the selection of this poetic genre in the annual contests. She is a member of World Haiku Association (WHA), Japan. Since 2005, her haiku have been published annually in WHA anthologies.
She has won awards in haiku contests in Slovenia, Croatia and Japan. Her haiku have been published in various international anthologies and Slovenian literary magazines. She has published two haiku books: Metulj na rami / Butterfly on the Shoulder (2004, KUD Apokalipsa, Slovenia), and Notranja osvoboditev / Inner Liberation (Blesok, Macedonia, 2006). In the collaboration with the Slovak photographer, publisher, cultural and environmental activist Stano Jendek, a trilingual bibliophile photo-haiku book V minljivosti vsega / V pominutel’nosti všetkého (Sokola & Fraktál, Slovakia, 2018) was published in 2018.
